6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in individual proposals, contracts, or statements of work. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may involve integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Suspense Systems is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of any third-party services.

8. Data Processing

When we process personal data on behalf of our clients as part of our technology services, we act as a data processor. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suspense Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Suspense Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
